Cool Reverse light on instrument panel

When I apply my brake the Reverse light on the instrument panel comes on. Then at a spacific point at braking the car shimmies, as I approach a complete stop it smoothens out. Do my brakes need changing or is this a tranny problem. 94 Camry V6 LE 365000k.

The light coming on could be a wiring problem. Check the wiring harness for damage. Location is in the trunk where it transitions for the chassis to the trunk lid.

The shimmy could be issues of warpped rotors.
