Default under dash help

I am brand new to this forum. I am long time Toyota Landcruiser enthusiast and work on my 1982 fj60 quite a bit, but I have very little experience with more recent Toyotas. I am trying to help a friend solve an electrical issue in a 2000 camry. The clock light has quit working and the same time the lighter socket quit. The fuses all check out so we figure its either a bulb or relay or bad connection. Any advice would be appreciated about trouble shooting this.

TIA

There are no relays.

The same fuse that power the clock light powers the cig lighter, CIG fuse.

If the Dome light works power is getting to the CIG fuse.

CIG fuse located behind drivers side dash ashtray.
