Default warning light for brakes is on . . .

. . . but all my brake lights and turn signals are working fine. Anyone know what is going on?

side note: the light came on once about two months ago after I had a spoiler with a tailight installed, but the next time I shut off the car and re-started the engine, it went away.

What year of car. Was this a Toyota OEM spoiler, did it have a LED or filament light.

Just to make sure...the light that is on your dash isnt lit up in red and spells out BRAKE? right? haha.
You're talking about the yellow colored one with rays of light extended off the back of a "trunk" right?
If the spoiler has the proper resistor installed to compensate for thelow power draw of LED's your computer should not recognize any bulbs are out. Double check all your bulb connections...jiggle/wiggler them and see if that helps.
Otherwise there could be an issue with the LED's in your spoiler.

"...when you could rule it with a led foot?"

Shouldn't that be "lead" foot?

Octapulse, did you figure out what it was? I've had a similar problem with my Corolla, and the light comes on periodically for no apparent reason (that I know of at least).

Check brake fluid level, brake fluid level switch and E-brake switch.
