that melt down would stop any engine from starting

I am in australia ..so i have no idea what parts are available to you in Monroe

the fix is

search for a local camry vehicle wrecker ..

take the cable and fuse box with you or ask over the phone

for a "91 toyota camry starter battery cable with the 3 fuse holder near the terminal end "

if not possible to get that

you would need 3 inline fuses and holders with the same amp fuses and wire them on to the starter cable correctly
