Hey guys I have a 94 Supra TT and always wanted to get a camry to replace my daily (bmw) I finally got a 2011 camry 2.5 SE auto with 100k miles even, I love the car but it seems like 5fth gear is slipping or it pops out of it momentarily, is this normal for this 6 speed auto trans in the 10-11 models? if I wide open throttle it, it will NOT slip and goes upshifting to redline fine BUT when im cruising around 70mph and go about 50% throttle it like stumbles and does the problem. Could anything else be causing this on an automatic like a engine mount that is common or shift solenoid or valve body? Seems pathetic if the trans is going out at only 100k. IF it does appear the trans is going out is there a JDM equivalent one I can swap in or do the 12-14 models ones work they seem to look the same. Thank you

 

The trans comes out of gear and the engine revs up?

The drivers side door has a sticker having the trans model on it somewhere. Model number starts with a U followed by 3 numbers and a letter such as U760E,
