Hey, nice lookin Cam. Did you change the overall diameter of the tires, or same as stock?
Anyone put on Eibachs on an 07 Camry yet?
Thanks

briyoung1 - Looks really good.

sanchos - I put the stock 16" wheels and tires up next to the new 18" wheels and 235/45/18 tires and the new ones are just under 1" taller than stock.

No, it didn't mess with the sensors. That however is my only complaint. The sensors are part of the valve stem. They are bare aluminum pot metal. In other words, they are ugly. The guy at discount tire said that most people paint them. I wish he would have said that before he installed them. I am going to try to live with it for a little while. If worst comes to worst and I can't deal, I think I will try to paint them with that chrome paint. Just make sure when you buy them, you tell them that the car has them. I was hopeing to buy online, but because of the sensors, I chickend out. I also like having those replacement warranties.

I actually went out to my car to look at them, they are ugly...so when you get new tires they move them over to the new tires...how the hell do they work??? I hope that doesnt sound dumb!

Yeah, they just remove them from the old rims and put them on the new. They send radio waves to a receiver in the car. Not quite sure exactly how they work.

I have 18's on my car as well. I have some like new (1000 miles) Kuhmo Ecsta SPT 235/45 ZR18 tires for sale if anyone's interested. I'm lowering the car and went to 225/45s to make sure there wouldn't be any rubbing. Also, i stuck with 45 series for a little bit better ride, especially when dropped. I saw 235/40s on a car, and they just looked liked a 4 x 4...and even with lowering there'd still be a good sized gap. Toyota didn't design the wheel wells for tuners I'd have gone 19"s if there was a better selection of tires that didn't cost so much. It's also hard to find light 19" wheels that are affordable.
