How fast is "runs fast?"

How sure are you that the IAC valve was fully cleaned?

If the coolant level normal?

As I mentioned before on cold winter mornings, below 40F, it get realy close to 2000, about 1980 rpm.
before pandemic I fully cleaned iac valve and put new seal on it. As after warmup rpm goes down indicating that it works fine.
what next I should check?
New spark plugs and wires, new air and fuel filter.

Seldom does the ECU fail on this car.

You state the engine can quit as in turn off then restarts OK?

The coolant has a temp sensor that sends a signal to the ECU. Based on this signal the ICU controls the IAC valve.

Check resistance of:
Ign coils,
Resistance:
Secondary
Cold Hot
9.7–16.7 Kohm 12.4–19.6 Kohm
Resistance: Cold/Hot

Camshaft position sensor
Crankshaft position sensor
835 - 1,400 ohm
985 – 1,600 ohm
1,060 – 1,645 ohm
1,265 – 1,890 ohm

The coolant system has a temp sensor (ETC) that tells the ECU the coolant temp.

Check resistance between temp sensor Green/Black and Brown wires at 176F. Should be 0.29 - 0.354 Kohm.
