Are Recirculation Actuator and Blend door Actuator different?
2011 Camry LE 2.5 2ARFE 6 speed automatic. US built. Manual AC controls.
All other aspects of the AC are working and I do not hear a clicking noise but the re-circulation function is not working on the AC. The light for the re-circulation comes on when the button is pressed but fresh air continues to flow through the unit.
I have found and purchased a Blend door actuator that says; Only fit for Recirculation Actuator; Not fit for Temperature and Mode Actuator.
But I can't find where it is located on the vehicle. The Temp/Mode actuator appears to be located under and behind the glove box but I don't know where to look for this "recirc-actuator"
Some info says driver side near the gas pedal is another actuator but I'm not sure.
Any info or diagrams are appreciated.
