Default Thermostat, Radiator Hose, and Coolant Recommendations

For my 1989 Camry, my OEM is 180'F/82'C and I'm using a Stant #13578 (originally mistyped as 17538)

https://www.amazon.com/Stant-13758-Thermostat-Degrees-Fahrenheit/dp/B000C7YQP6/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1533772626&vehicle=1989-76-1011-269----5-4849--1-1---2-0&sr=1-1&ymm=1989%3Atoyota%3Acamry https://www.amazon.com/Stant-13758-Thermostat-Degrees-Fahrenheit/dp/B000C7YQP6/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1533772626&vehicle=1989-76-1011-269----5-4849--1-1---2-0&sr=1-1&ymm=1989%3Atoyota%3Acamry

How about Stant's SuperStat?
https://www.amazon.com/Stant-45758-SuperStat-Thermostat-Fahrenheit/dp/B000C7YRT6/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1533773202&sr=1-1&keywords=stant+45758 https://www.amazon.com/Stant-45758-SuperStat-Thermostat-Fahrenheit/dp/B000C7YRT6/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1533773202&sr=1-1&keywords=stant+45758

Is one brand (Stant vs. Gates) better for thermostat?

Which type of gasket do I need for the thermostat: the thermostat housing o-ring or coolant outlet gasket?

Same question with brand of radiator hose. I have a Gates upper radiator hose and Dayco (Autozone) lower radiator hose, due to limitations in parts availability.

Finally, do I need to use Toyota OEM coolant, or is aftermarket (Peak?) okay to use?

Thanks

The T-stat has an o-ring (called a gasket) that goes around its outer flange.

Is the Stant 17538 the right part number?

Both Gates and Dayco are good hoses.

Use a coolant labeled for Asian cars.

The 13758 T-stat should be fine.
