Default 1990 camry 4 cyl . changed fuel filter now car won't start

car was running rough so i changed fuel filter.
now car won't start.
engine turns over and if i spray starting fluid
it sputters but won't run.

loosened top nut on fuel filter
and has lots of pressure.
fuel spayed out, so re tightened nut.

checked efi relays and efi fuses

then replaced coil inside distributor

tapped on igniter with small hammer.

still no start.

Have you checked for ign spark at the coil? Remove the coil wire at the dist cap and hold about 1/2 inch from a ground. Check for ign spark.

Check for 12V (ign on) at the coil battery terminal (black/orange wire).

You have replaced most of the ign parts but have checked to make sure the coil is making spark or receiving 12V power?

If the engine tries to run on starter fluid it has spark but no fuel.
