Default Idle at 1rpm after water pump changed

I replaced the water pump off my Camry 92 today and after putting it together the car has issues turning on and when on it will not go past 1Kpms and I have to revv it or else it will turn off.

Assuming the timing belt was installed correctly and no other repairs done that might affect engine operation!

Continuing trying to get engine to run normally. If it quits, restart. It happens after a water pump change (sometimes just a belt change) the engine runs poorly then straightens itself out within a short time.

One issue may air in coolant lines of the IAC valve. The IAC valve is plumbed into the coolant system. Make sure the coolant is topped off to the correct level.

Or the computer is still working things out.
