Arrow 2021 Toyota Camry - Yea or Nea - Other options

I am in the market for a new 4 or 5 door sedan. Considering 2021 Toyota Camry LE. Open to a used Camry as well. Other options are Honda Accord or Mazda 6. Are you aware of any problems that these new Camry have? I used to known a 1990 Camry, probably the most reliable car I ever owned. Looking for suggestions/recommendations

Known potential problems with the new Camry:
1. Engine oil consumption problem. Thin oil leaking through piston rings
2. The new 8 speed automatic transmission jerks and hesitates at low speeds. I felt this during the test drive.

Please share what you know the new Camry, I don't want to buy a nearly 30k car and have regrets.
