Hello all,

New to the forum.

My 2010 Toyota Camry has 63k miles on it. I'm on vacation in Vermont, and the Airbag light came on on the dashboard and will not go out. Also, the "Airbag Off" light is on on the upper display, even when there is a passenger in the front passenger seat. In addition, the seatbelt light keeps blinking on the upper display, even when the seatbelts of all passengers are fastened. However, the seatbelt light on the dashboard is NOT on.

So...we have:

1. Blinking seatbelt light on upper display 24/7
2. Airbag (SRS) light on on dashboard 24/7
3. "Airbag Off" light on upper display even when passenger (adult) in seat.

This car is not that old and I'd hate to think this is something that is going to cost me a lot of money to fix, particularly since this is just out of warranty. This car has not been in an accident or anything.

Any thoughts/suggestions? Much appreciated.

How would I get that?

 

need to plug in a SRS DTC reader on to the OBDII port

 

you should get a aribag reset tool for your car.

most cases on this code it's just a poor connection (no collision history) , i came a cross this code before and i test every point (see pdf file ) and after reconnecting all components code is gone , i suggest you to disconnect the battery and clean and inspect the YELLOW WIRES under the pass side seat .
