Default 2007 XLE Intermittent Sound

Hello

I've been working with my nephew on his Camry, trying tryget a new radio installed. We bought a new touch screen with Apple CarPlay but realized we didn't have the JBL harness. Once we got it, plugged it in, the sound would turn on, cut out and repeat.

Thinking it was the radio itself, we bought a new one and same thing happened. We checked the AMP fuse, still good. Then we checked the AMP, nothing seems to be wrong. Speakers are also sounding fine. When we disconnected a little black box thats on the JBL harness, it would play for a minute or 2 but then completely stop producing any sound.

Hoping Someone could shed some light on this. Link is to video of sound issue. And picture of black box that we disconnected.

Thanks

The box appears a device to link with an Android. Research "Hiworld" and "Andriod".

It could be the output signal from the new head unit is too great and causing the remote amp to shut down.

Are you using the right output source from the new head unit? What is the model number?
