In my new Camry, tire got burst
I purchased my new Toyota Camry around 15th April 2012 with the extended warranty and today my tire got burst somehow, so I got my tire replaced with my spare tire. So my question is with the extended warranty or with the Toyota warranty, they will be replacing my burst tire or not? Or I need to buy a new tire? What other option I have to replace my burst tire from the toyota as it is only two months old car.

The owners manual has the info.
The tire manufacturer, not Toyota warranties the tires. Determine who the manufacturer is based on the side wall info and contact a tire dealer for that brand.
Some Toyota dealers also sell tires, perhaps the same brand as on the car. If so in this case the dealer can take car of the problem.

An authorized Michelin dealer will look at the tire and determine the cause of failure. The Michelin warranty is for defects in workmanship and materials. If the tire hit something that caused it to blow out this would not be covered. The dealer however may (or may not) offer to defer some of the cost of a new tire.
If you have questions the Michelin Customer Service number is 800 847-3435.
Also read the info that came with the Toyota extended warranty to determine what it covers as to tires. Typical it does not cover blow outs however some dealers offer road hazard damage for tires. Determine what coverage you actually purchased in the extended warranty.
