My battery was dead so I replaced it, and the horn was stuck on. Put the key in the ignition, turn the key, horn stops but no cranking, no lights, everything dead. Disconnect and reconnect the new good battery, same cycle happens again ... horn stuck on, turn key, everything goes dead.

Any help anybody?

 

My celicas alarm would go off when reconnecting the battery. If you have a key fob press disarm. Other than that this is probably a fail safe from keeping the car from being stolen.?Although you have a key so im confused
