Default Crankshaft Pulley

Ok. I am in the middle of changing the water pump/ timming belt on my 1994 camry le w/ 2.2. And i ran it to a problem and is asking for help. I was going by the book but it doesnt say i have to remove the crankshaft pulley but i cant get the timing belt cover off with it on there. But i cant figure out how to get it off. So I need yall's help so please.

You need to remove the pulley, no way around this.
